Full Time (3 days per week with 1 night to close, Monday - Friday) Role Overview: As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will be an integral part of the service delivery team, dedicated to providing essential support through risk assessments, crisis interventions, and safety planning. You will work with individuals experiencing behavioral health crises or those requiring longer-term respite care, catering specifically to needs that cannot be safely met in less restrictive environments. A key focus of this position is to facilitate treatment within an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for substance use disorders. Essential Duties: Facilitate a Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program. Provide direct client care, including care coordination, behavioral health screenings and assessments, individual and group therapy, brief therapy, case management, and other related clinical services. Act as a clinical resource to staff, case managers, medical providers, and other stakeholders. Ensure adherence to professional policies and procedures. Collaborate with Clinical Managers and Program Supervisors in developing and evaluating clinical services. Conduct behavioral health screenings and assessments in a medical clinic setting, reviewing treatment options and referral information. Coordinate ongoing care within SummitStone and with community agencies. Implement crisis intervention strategies, including assessment and de-escalation. Collaborate on-site with medical providers to conduct behavioral health assessments for clients with identified needs. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Support team values and foster a positive working environment among peers and clinic staff. Deliver exceptional customer service and timely responses to inquiries. Participate in meetings, committees, and projects as assigned. Perform other related duties as needed. Note:

This position requires pursuing licensure and engagement in the LAC track. We provide opportunities for team members to attend training programs, complete certifications, and learn from experienced colleagues. Clinical supervision toward licensure is offered at no cost, and we reimburse any necessary licensure fees. Required: Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution and registered with DORA as a candidate pursuing LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure. A minimum of one year of experience in the behavioral health field. Experience working with individuals presenting mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders. Experience facilitating an SUD IOP level of care is essential. Preferred: Strong ability to facilitate a Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program. Substance Use Disorder Licensure (CAS or LAC) is preferred. Bilingual/bi-cultural candidates are preferred. Some positions may require driving a company vehicle, necessitating a valid Colorado driver's license. Total Rewards:
