We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in Fintech to lead our brand growth and customer acquisition strategies across both B2B and B2C markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, analytics, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and capable of managing cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to Fintech products and services, aligning with business goals and market trends.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, PPC, events) from ideation to execution.
Brand Development: Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and values.
Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of high-impact content including blog posts, website copy, social media, case studies, and thought leadership pieces to drive engagement and lead generation.
Performance Analytics: Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Webflow to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
Budget Oversight: Manage quarterly and annual marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with vertical-specific and persona-driven strategies.
Partnerships & Vendor Management: Build strategic relationships with industry partners, agencies, and vendors to amplify marketing efforts.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience in marketing roles within the Fintech or technology sectors.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing).
Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot) and website management tools (Webflow).
Demonstrated ability to create and execute content strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for design and copy.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
