Office Administration



Office & Inventory Management:

Maintain the office environment and manage supplies, including ordering, stocking, and receiving mail and deliveries. You will also prepare and send outgoing mail. •

Client Document Management:

Print, meticulously prepare, and organize all estate planning document portfolios for client signings. After the signing, you will scan and upload these documents to client files. • Administrative Support: Prepare conference rooms for meetings, greet clients who visit the office, and attend signings as a witness or notary.

Communication & Marketing



Phone & Client Support:

Provide comprehensive phone support, directing calls and assisting with client inquiries. •

New Client Intake:

Process intake forms, schedule appointments for potential clients from events, and serve as a backup to conduct introductory calls. •

Marketing & Engagement:

Manage the firm's social media presence by scheduling posts and responding to messages. You will also compile, design, and distribute client and lead-generation newsletters. Qualifications: • Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a professional services environment. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. • A genuine desire to provide outstanding client service. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a professional setting. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software. • High level of professionalism, discretion, and a strong work ethic are essential. Compensation: $21 - $25 hourly
