Senior Technical Consultant

Job Description Primary Objectives A Senior Technical Consultant is responsible for providing billable technical and development services to customers in support of their CloudSuite Industrial / SyteLine system. Responsibilities The Senior Technical Consultant primarily delivers services to customers through activities such as requirements gathering, analysis, solution formulation for business issues, documentation, project estimation, development, testing, debugging, and project delivery. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, including T-SQL, C#, and VB.NET Web development skills in ASP.NET / MVC, Web Services / Web APIs, HTML, JavaScript, and JQuery A degree in a technical discipline is preferred Basic knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems, specifically CloudSuite Industrial / SyteLine Previous external consulting experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Flexibility to handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong customer service orientation Self-motivated with a willingness to seek help when needed High standards for work quality Ability to work independently and meet deadlines High energy and persistence Participation in special projects, training, and other activities as assigned by management Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred 10+ years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems, specifically CloudSuite Industrial / SyteLine 5+ years of progressive experience with Microsoft .NET technologies
