The Part-Time Sales Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Executive Sales Professional by engaging with clients and assisting with sales processes to ensure a seamless shopping experience. The role also involves providing efficient support to the designated Sales Professional. Support client correspondence, appointment scheduling, order follow-up, including shipping, returns, and exchanges. Assist with alterations, order placements, and follow-up, ensuring all paperwork and digital tracking are completed accurately. Contribute to in-store client service, hospitality, and personalized experiences in collaboration with store leadership. Coordinate product needs from other stores for appointments or consignments. Engage in outreach to re-engage lapsed and beyond lapsed clients with the Sales Professional and brand. Support product pulls, fitting room setup, floor presentation, and seamless store operations, embodying a customer-focused team mindset. Develop processes for organizing client engagement and follow-up around product arrivals, brand events, promotions, and client milestones. Participate in brand and product training, selling, service coaching, and client engagement development. Ensure all client information is accurately captured in the concierge app. Handle sensitive information with discretion, adhering to company policies and ethical standards. Salary range: $15 - $19.29 hourly. Preferred: Past retail selling experience. Interest in luxury brands and high-quality service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive attitude and initiative-taking. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint. Seniority level
