A dedicated insurance brokerage in California is actively seeking a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager. This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to provide crucial support within the commercial lines department, where you'll have the chance to directly assist clients and ensure their experience is consistently positive and seamless.
What’s in it for you?
$35-$40 per hour depending on experience
Weekly compensation
100% remote - equipment provided
MUST be willing to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
What we need from you:
A minimum of 5 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience from a retail brokerage.
An active California Property & Casualty license
A demonstrated comprehensive understanding of diverse insurance coverages, products, and agency protocols.
Proven experience in managing small to mid-size accounts, including commercial auto insurance and small business accounts.
The Position:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
Possess comprehensive knowledge of diverse insurance coverages, products, and internal agency procedures.
Demonstrate a proven ability to effectively assess and mitigate risk.
Conduct thorough initial policy reviews and develop comprehensive coverage breakdowns.
Address all client inquiries regarding coverage, policy modifications, premium payments, and associated concerns.
Prepare applications for submission, integrating underwriting information provided by the producer.
