This position executes the customer-facing digital/technology strategy as defined by digital/technology product managers. It contributes to the product roadmap and sets priorities for tasks within defined constraints. Troubleshoots and resolves issues in the customer experience by collaborating with business and technical teams. May lead small teams on lower-level complexity products. Position Compensation Range: $86,000.00 - $142,000.00 Pay Rate Type: Salary Compensation may vary based on job level and geographic location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. This role requires MDM (Master Data Management) experience. Primary Responsibilities

Execute digital/technology product initiatives across all lifecycle stages, including MDM, early planning, customer research, roadmap development, sprints, piloting, early adoption, launch, metrics analysis, and iteration. Act as a translator for customer, market, and internal stakeholders, including business lines and cross-functional teams. Identify objectives and key results; analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to identify pain points and opportunities. Train customers on new features in partnership with stakeholders. Define and prioritize product backlog items aligned with epics. Manage product dependencies. Incorporate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve user satisfaction. Leverage design thinking, UX, and other frameworks to enhance product development processes. Requirements and Skills

Experience with customer-driven solutions, support, or service; Reltio experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of current and emerging digital solutions, trends, and data science. Understanding of agile methodologies, data management, and industry standards. Knowledge of digital products, applications, and market landscape. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to foster collaboration and cross-functional teamwork. Critical thinking and analytical skills for opportunity assessment and recommendations. Results-oriented with a bias for action, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through. Additional Information
