Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish) at Sherwin-Williams! In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting both wholesale and retail customers by understanding their needs, answering their questions about our products, and providing tailored solutions. Your efforts will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and store sales goals. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, including in-person and over the phone. Building trusting relationships with customers by offering knowledgeable product advice. Accurately processing sales transactions and following company policies. Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas. Participating in inventory management and ensuring assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and discussing options with customers. Assisting with store maintenance and operations, including delivery support when needed. Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and inventory goals. This position is part-time, with hours not exceeding 28 hours per week. The starting pay is $17.00 per hour. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship. Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion. A positive attitude and willingness to work evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. A High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in retail or customer service. Experience selling paint or paint-related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
