About the Role: We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Project Manager with 35 years of experience to support initiatives within our Enterprise Technical Modernization Program. This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who thrives on strong fundamentalsbuilding project plans, managing timelines and deliverables, and maintaining effective communication. This position focuses on supporting senior project managers and delivery leads through coordination, tracking, and data management tasks, rather than leading large strategic initiatives. You will play a key role in organizing and monitoring progress across infrastructure and data-related projects within a large healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Build, maintain, and monitor project plans, timelines, task lists, and deliverables Track project scope, schedule, budget, and risks Coordinate tasks and activities with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders Prepare and distribute status updates, meeting notes, and project documentation Support infrastructure and telecommunications initiatives, including voice network projects Assist in project reporting through Excel and other data visualization tools Ensure clear communication and alignment by setting and managing expectations Act as a liaison between technical teams and project leadership Monitor project data, support reporting and dashboards, and ensure timely updates Required Qualifications: 35 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles Strong command of project management fundamentals (planning, scope, timelines, communications) Experience working on or supporting healthcare IT projects, especially in infrastructure or data management Excellent communication skills: active listener, thoughtful question-asker, proactive communicator Comfortable working in highly matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and basic visualization Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to or familiarity with ServiceNow, Jaspersoft, Python, or SaaS delivery tools Experience with infrastructure, telecom, or voice network project environments Understanding of data visualization principles Prior experience in healthcare systems or payer/provider environments Additional Details: Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Project Management and Information Technology Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting
