Tier 2 Systems Administrator
to join our team of IT pros. Were not just looking for technical chopswe want someone whos adaptable, proactive, and fun to work with. If youre tired of the same old IT roles and ready to be part of a company where your work (and your personality) actually matter, keep reading. What Youll Do Troubleshoot escalated system issues across servers, workstations, and networks (when Tier 1 taps out, you step in) Provide support via phone, onsite visits, and remote sessions Deploy and configure new hardware/software, including smooth-as-butter data migrations Set up and manage Intune, MFA, and conditional access Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory (including GPOs) Maintain and monitor backups, resolve failures, and protect client data Document all solutions, steps, and odd bugs to keep things transparent for clients and teammates Participate in an on-call rotation to handle urgent after-hours issues Support client environments across industries with professionalism, precision, and a great attitude What You Bring 5+ years of hands-on IT experience, preferably in an MSP or fast-paced IT environment Proficiency with Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Workstations, Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune) Strong knowledge of cloud services like Microsoft 365, SharePoint migrations, and Azure AD Solid experience with firewalls, networking (VLANs, VPNs), and endpoint security Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills Strong communication skillsyou know how to explain complex tech in simple, human terms Ability to juggle multiple priorities while delivering top-notch client support Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (some client visits required) Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds when needed Why Youll Love It Here Hybrid schedule
