Are you ready to take the next step in your MSP career? Were a rapidly growing Managed and Cloud Services Provider that serves as the outsourced IT and cybersecurity department for small and mid-sized businesses. As we continue to expand, were hiring a capable and motivated System Administrator (Level 2.5) whos ready to take ownership of technical challenges, lead projects, and build trusted client relationships. This hybrid role blends escalation support, infrastructure projects, and client-facing engagement. Youll work on a variety of environments from Microsoft 365 to Azure and network systems while being mentored toward a path of Senior Engineer or vCIO. If youre a problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, MSP settings, we want to talk to you. What Youll Do: Serve as Tier 23 escalation for multiple SMB clients in diverse industries Lead and assist with M365 migrations, Azure deployments, firewall upgrades, and more Troubleshoot across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, VMware, networking, and Cisco systems Configure and support Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and security systems Collaborate on infrastructure planning, implementation, and documentation Use PSA and RMM tools (like ConnectWise, Autotask, or Kaseya) to manage tickets and systems Maintain strong client communication and ensure smooth technical delivery What You Bring: At least 1 year of experience working for a Managed Services Provider (required) Proficiency with Microsoft 365 migrations and core Azure services Strong Windows Server, DNS, networking, and troubleshooting fundamentals Hands-on experience with VMware, Cisco networking, or VoIP systems Familiarity with PSA/RMM tools and remote support best practices Strong communication skills and the ability to earn client trust Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Azure, etc.) are a plus Why Youll Love It Here: Hybrid schedule (50/50 split) after 90-day onboarding Clear advancement track to Senior Engineer or vCIO Monthly bonuses tied to performance Paid certifications and structured career development Health, dental, and vision insurance Mileage reimbursement for onsite client visits Flexible work hours and a collaborative team culture Seniority level
