$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr We are seeking a motivated
Associate Attorney
with at least 1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in negligence defense, including trip-and-fall cases, personal injury matters, labor law, or professional malpractice. This position offers a competitive salary, a hybrid work schedule, and a chance to work on challenging and rewarding cases. Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of defense litigation, including case investigation, legal research, drafting pleadings, and motions. Conduct depositions, court appearances, and mediations. Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to develop case strategies. Manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines. Stay updated on relevant legal developments and maintain a strong focus on client service. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to practice law in New York State. At least 1 years of experience in defense litigation, preferably involving negligence, personal injury, labor law, or professional malpractice cases. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle a diverse caseload and work both independently and as part of a team.
