Alexander Chapman
Leading investment firm is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team in Greenwich, CT. This position will touch on all aspects of the firms departments and work under the firms Associate General Counsel (and Deputy CCO) with high visibility to senior leadership.

Range : $200k - $220k base ($340 - $360k total) - based on experience. Work
Module : 5 days On-Site. Key Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements. Managing contracts lifecycle and maintaining organized records. Supporting entity management and corporate governance matters across the firm’s investment vehicles and operating entities. Collaborating closely with internal teams including investment, finance, operations, and external counsel. Providing general legal support as needed across the business. Seniority level
