About This Role

We are seeking an Employee Relations leader to build and scale a global ER Employee and Labor Relations function. This role will design the strategy, processes and metrics for an ER/LR function that proactively drives a high performance workplace culture, mitigates risk, and equips managers and HRBPs to lead with performance, fairness and accountability. You will partner closely with HRBPs, business leaders, Legal, and COEs to deliver consistent, data-driven ER/LR practices and ensure employees experience a respectful, inclusive, and high-performance workplace.

What You’ll Do

Functional Expertise

Design and implement the ER/LR strategy, and operating model aligned with business priorities and culture goals. Serve as the senior advisor on complex ER/LR issues, ensuring compliance and alignment with laws, company policies, and cultural objectives. Partner with Legal to manage risk, respond to external claims, and conduct proactive audits to monitor health of internal policies and regulatory practices.

Strategy & Process Execution

Design and implement scalable ER/LR processes and frameworks, including exit management progressive discipline, centralized investigations, policy governance, and standardized case tracking/documentation. Continuously improve and govern ER/LR practices, regularly reviewing and updating policies and procedures to align with legal requirements, cultural expectations, and business needs. Ensure efficient and effective resolution of grievances and concerns. Track, analyze, and report ER/LR metrics (e.g., case trends, hotspots, resolution times), identify organizational patterns and recommend interventions to improve culture and reduce risk. Deliver regular reports and actionable recommendations and insights to leadership and HRBPs.

Capabilities Building

Equip HRBPs and managers with tools, metrics, resources, and guidance to proactively address workplace issues effectively and foster a positive, high‑performance culture. Develop and deliver training programs on investigations, respectful workplace, progressive discipline, performance management, etc. to strengthen engagement, minimize ER/LR issues, and embed positive workplace practices throughout the employee lifecycle.

What You Bring

7+ years of progressive experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HR, or Legal managing end to end processes at scale. Proven expertise managing complex investigations, employment policies, and workplace risk globally. Track record of building scalable ER/LR programs in high-growth, complex organizations. Deep knowledge of employment laws, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Strong data orientation: ability to derive insights from trends and translate them into action. Excellent communicator and facilitator, able to influence and educate at all levels. Experience developing and delivering training content. Collaborative, pragmatic, and business-oriented mindset.
