Marketing Manager (3rd Party Delivery, Yelp & Catering) ! Are you a performance-driven marketer with experience across 3rd Party Delivery (3PD), local digital platforms like Yelp, or catering programs? If you're passionate about building data-backed, high-impact campaigns that drive customer growth and brand engagement, this role is for you. You’ll lead marketing strategy and execution across our 3PD, Yelp, and Catering channels—owning everything from campaign development to performance optimization. This is a hands-on role where your ideas will directly fuel innovation, acquisition, and sales growth. Marketing Manager (3rd Party Delivery, Yelp & Catering) , you will lead marketing strategy and execution across Pressed’s 3PD, Yelp, and Catering channels. You’ll drive promotional innovation with partners like UberEats, DoorDash, and Grubhub; leverage Yelp to drive in-store and off-premise sales through visibility, discovery, and conversion; and scale our Catering business through occasion-based strategies. You’ll turn strategic objectives into high-impact, customer-facing campaigns that drive measurable business results across each of these channels. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Ownership Own end-to-end marketing strategy for 3PD, Yelp, and Catering Manage promotional calendars aligned with seasonal themes and business goals Position Yelp as a key local performance marketing channel driving store visits and customer acquisition Define and evolve Yelp strategy across paid and organic levers—including listings, local targeting, and engagement tactics—to drive store traffic and brand perception Campaign Development & Execution Lead campaign planning, creative briefing, and performance reporting across 3PD platforms (e.g., UberEats, DoorDash, Grubhub) and Yelp Create tailored offers and campaigns for each channel, including: 3PD: Platform-specific promotions and co-branded activations Yelp: Sponsored listings, enhanced profiles, and local offers to boost discovery Catering: Seasonal menus, holiday/event promotions, corporate outreach Collaborate with account teams from 3PD and Yelp to maximize campaign reach and performance Performance Optimization Track and analyze metrics such as ROAS, AOV, customer acquisition, and retention Monitor Yelp performance across paid and organic touchpoints (e.g., profile views, engagement, review trends), and optimize to drive measurable in-store traffic and conversion Monitor Catering KPIs (e.g., lead volume, booking conversion, order size) Conduct A/B tests and leverage data insights for continuous improvement Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Ecommerce, Loyalty, CRM, and Creative teams to ensure campaign cohesion Collaborate with Retail and Store Operations to support Yelp-driven in-store traffic and localized activations Partner with Sales and Operations to drive Catering growth at the regional level Qualifications: 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in food, beverage, retail, or QSR Proven experience managing 3PD campaigns Experience with Yelp Ads, Listings, and Business Manager tools strongly preferred Experience developing and scaling Catering programs a plus Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and project management skills Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Proficiency with marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Excel/Google Sheets, Yelp Business Dashboard) Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
