Amazon Q-CST members utilize their deep knowledge of AWS data services and analytics to collaborate with sales and partners, proposing, architecting, and implementing transformational solutions that make customer success a reality with AWS Gen AI services. **Responsibilities** Design and implement enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions using Amazon Q and AWS AI/ML services. Create strategies for optimizing AI application performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Develop reusable frameworks and share knowledge for AI deployment. Guide teams in integrating AI solutions, focusing on user experience and accessibility. Ensure security compliance and best practices in AI implementation. **A Day in the Life** You will connect with team members across time zones, review AI architectures, and guide implementation. You may participate in design sessions, collaborate on AI interface improvements, or mentor colleagues. Your afternoons could involve understanding customer needs and presenting AI solutions. **About The Team** Our team is diverse, passionate about making AI accessible and ethical. We combine technical expertise with a commitment to innovation in generative AI technologies. **Qualifications** **Basic:** 3+ years in application/infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting. 2+ years with SQL, Business Intelligence, or data engineering. 2+ years in software development with object-oriented languages. 2+ years developing dashboards with BI platforms like QuickSight, Tableau, PowerBI, etc. 1+ years in AI/ML implementation or experimentation. **Preferred:** Experience leading AI/ML architecture and implementation. Proven scalable AI solution delivery in complex environments. Experience in consulting, professional services, and CI/CD. Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
