JOB SUMMARY As a CDL A Truck Driver, you will safely transport products from our warehouse to various customers, ensuring proper delivery and unloading according to invoices and company standards. Top earners can make up to $180,000! Fleet includes well-maintained, automatic trucks. Enjoy 10 Paid Holidays! Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance included. Benefits begin on the 1st of the month after 31 days of employment. 401k and Sysco Stock Purchase Plan are available. Deliver on both team and single routes. Evening Dispatch, Sunday - Friday. RESPONSIBILITIES: Unload products from the trailer using a hand cart or by hand, following customer specifications and maintaining safety in all weather conditions. Complete all necessary paperwork accurately according to guidelines, including DOT regulations and vehicle maintenance reports. Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain sanitary conditions in the truck, warehouse, and yard. Build positive relationships with customers through excellent, courteous service and clear communication. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, plus a year of tractor-trailer driving experience preferred. Graduation from a driving school may substitute for experience. CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License and be insurable to operate a vehicle. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Familiarity with DOT regulations, Hazmat guidelines, and safe lifting practices. Capability to drive long distances under various conditions and resolve delivery-related issues effectively. Ability to meet productivity standards, ensure safe product handling, and maintain good communication. Proficient in basic math and able to organize work activities independently. Ability to read and communicate in English, understand road signs, and complete reports accurately. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Job duties require the associate to sit, talk, or hear regularly and to lift or move products weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Associates may face varying weather conditions, confined workspaces, and must typically work overnight hours and on weekends to meet customer needs. NOTICE:
