$23.00 per hour Job Summary:
Join our team as a Part-Time CDL A Driver! You will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery and pickup of containers to and from customer locations, while also building excellent relationships with our clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Safely operate a commercial truck equipped with a patented lift mechanism for loading and unloading containers. Conduct daily inspections of the commercial vehicle and lift, both pre and post-trip. Handle additional deliveries as necessary to meet operational needs. Utilize the company's handheld devices for delivery verification and navigation. Operate a forklift and/or overhead crane as required. Inspect and clean containers to ensure they meet presentation standards for customer delivery. Coordinate rental paperwork and payments with customers. Communicate effectively with management regarding customer queries or issues and record driver notes as appropriate. Perform on-site repairs for containers and lifts. Support storage center operations as needed. Keep the truck cab clean and organized. May be assigned additional duties as needed. Management & Supervisory Responsibilities: Reports to Management, typically under the guidance of a Market Manager or Territory Manager. This position does not have direct management responsibilities. Benefits:
Safety bonuses are available for driver positions. Boot vouchers and uniforms provided. Job Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Valid CDL Class B License without air brake restriction. Current and valid driver license required. Must meet company’s Driver Qualification Standards. Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance requirements. Possess a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate or the ability to obtain a minimum of one-year certification (DOT requirement). Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software is preferred.
