We are looking to expand our market presence and are launching a new vertical. We're seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to drive this initiative from the ground up. Position Overview: You will be responsible for building, launching, and scaling a new line of business within our organization. This is a rare opportunity to own a vertical from strategy through execution. You will identify market opportunities, develop service offerings, recruit a specialized team, and drive revenue growth within your vertical. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define the vertical’s niche, service model, and go-to-market strategy. Build and execute a business plan to launch and scale the new vertical. Cultivate and manage client relationships. Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of recruiters, account managers, and/or business developers. Develop and track key performance indicators to ensure vertical success and alignment with company goals. Stay informed of industry trends and evolving client needs to refine service offerings. Qualifications: 5–10+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent solutions. Proven track record in launching new business lines, scaling teams, or driving significant revenue growth. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and influence at all levels. Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Seniority level
