The Prospect Development Analyst will conduct advanced research on individuals, corporations, and foundations to identify those whose goals align with philanthropic investments for Partners In Health (PIH). As a key member of the Prospect Research team, the Analyst will collaborate with other team members and report to the Senior Director of Prospect Management and Research. Responsibilities: Collect, synthesize, analyze, and interpret biographical and financial data to produce reports that inform PIH leadership's decision-making. These reports include wealth estimates and capacity ratings to assess potential for philanthropic contributions and volunteer involvement. Manage and lead prospect identification projects and conduct research for Major Gifts, Principal Gifts, and Leadership Giving teams using complex reporting, wealth screening, and data modeling. Utilize prospecting tools to analyze targeted groups and the overall prospect pool, working as a bridge to develop and maintain prospect channels and balanced portfolios. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with the Private Sector, Public Sector, and Board Engagement teams, including managing special prospect development projects. Develop and deliver training sessions to Prospect Management, Research staff, and other Development teams on prospect development, data management, and related processes in Salesforce. Manage governance and Nominating Committee research and tracking in collaboration with the Board Engagement Team. Maintain constituent data in Salesforce and assist with its usage by development staff. Uphold professional and ethical standards set by the Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement (APRA). Collaborate with the PIH Prospect Research and Development Teams, providing support as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 6 to 8 years of prospect research experience or relevant transferable experience. Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural competency, and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across departments and countries, including low-income countries. Strong computer skills in a PC environment, with proficiency in online databases, internet searching, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably Salesforce. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Skill in locating and interpreting biographical and financial data from various sources. Ability to manage multiple projects and re-prioritize as needed. Interest in social justice is highly desirable. Organizational Profile:

The starting salary range is $75,000-$80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. The salary range for this role is $70,000-$85,000. Benefits include a 401(k) plan with employer match, medical, dental, vision insurance, disability and life insurance, paid time off, and holidays.
