We are seeking a
Project Management Systems Support Analyst
to join our team working with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The role involves managing project documentation, facilitating Agile processes, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Daily responsibilities include: Administration: Managing SharePoint or MS Teams sites and other documentation tools to ensure compliance with governance standards. Facilitating meetings, documenting action items, and providing administrative support. Coordinating meetings with stakeholders and clients, including audit observations. Communicating schedules, milestones, and risks to clients. Scrum Master: Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Supporting requirements documentation and SOP development. Providing Agile training to new team members. Documenting lessons learned and supporting project closure. Project Support: Applying project management best practices per PMBOK. Supporting project scoping, quality control, and audits. Preparing project review materials and status updates. Managing risks, schedules, and stakeholder feedback to ensure project goals are met. Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements Must be a U.S. citizen. Must hold an active DoD Top Secret (TS) clearance. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in project management support, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder coordination. Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, facilitating Agile ceremonies. Ability to train and mentor team members in Agile practices. Experience with Agile project management tools. Knowledge of PMBOK and Agile Practice Guide principles. Proficiency in SharePoint, MS Teams, and collaboration tools. Strong organizational and communication skills. Current PMP certification is highly desirable. Primary work location will be at FBI facilities in the Washington Metropolitan Area / Capital Region. Benefits
