ECVC Partner
to join its thriving Palo Alto office. This is a unique opportunity to integrate into a highly ranked national practice with deep roots in Silicon Valley’s startup and venture capital ecosystem. The Ideal Candidate: You are a seasoned ECVC partner with a strong footprint in the emerging companies and venture capital space. You’ve built trusted relationships with founders, fast-growth companies, and institutional investors, and you’re looking for a platform that can match your ambition and expand your reach. What You’ll Do: Serve as trusted counsel to startups and scale-ups throughout their lifecycle — from formation to exit. Advise top-tier venture capital firms and strategic investors on financings and investments. Lead and manage complex venture financings, M&A, and growth transactions. Collaborate with a highly integrated national ECVC team and cross-practice experts.
