$38.46/hour
Experience:
5 to 10 years of construction project management experience (commercial/hospitality focus).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
Type:
Full-time; Contract
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Project Director
to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Lead planning, execution, and completion of large-scale commercial and hospitality projects. Manage project budgets, schedules, and staffing across multiple job sites. Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages for high-value projects. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Coordinate project execution with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors. Serve as main client contact throughout the lifecycle of each project. Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors. Supervise and mentor project staff to ensure high performance. Address and mitigate project risks and resolve conflicts promptly. Participate in and oversee project reporting, performance evaluations, and client communication.
Position Requirements:
Proficiency in construction estimating and job bidding. Familiarity with job management software and project tracking tools. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. PMP certification and/or LEED accreditation is a plus.
