Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual, recently graduated, with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be the primary IT presence for our US operations, providing technical support across Microsoft 365, Windows systems, endpoint management, and general IT infrastructure. Reporting to the UK-based IT Manager, and on a day-to-day basis would be part of the US operations team in the DC office. The individual will work collaboratively with the broader IT team to deliver first- and second-line support, ensure business continuity, and maintain a secure, efficient IT environment for all our employees. Key Responsibilities: Technical Responsibilities: Deliver responsive first and second-line IT support for the organisation, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Windows-based systems. Perform software installations, patching, and updates on Windows machines. Support Intune/Endpoint Manager configuration, policy enforcement, and compliance checks. Troubleshoot networking, printing, and peripheral issues in collaboration with local service providers. Set up and provision new devices (laptops, phones, peripherals) and manage endpoint lifecycle. Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups via Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Entra ID. Operational Support & User Services: Serve as the go-to contact for onsite or time zone-aligned support, escalating complex issues to the global IT team as needed. Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs, internet/connectivity issues, and site IT needs. Ensure documentation and tickets are logged and resolved efficiently. Maintain accurate IT asset inventory for US-based equipment. Collaboration & Communication: Contribute to IT knowledge base documentation and share local feedback with the wider IT team. Participate in cross-region IT projects and initiatives when required.

Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field Experience: 3-5 years experience in a similar role with proven experience with 1st and 2nd line IT support. Technical Skills:

Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Windows device imaging, maintenance, and troubleshooting Intune / Endpoint Manager administration Active Directory / Entra ID user and group management Experience with VPNs and endpoint security tools (e.g. Defender) Ticketing systems and support workflows Basic scripting (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus
