We are looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure Design Manager with an electrical focus, who is passionate about our mission to join our energy infrastructure engineering team with a focus on cell manufacturing and R&D improvements. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and driving the full design and engineering efforts for construction and infrastructure development from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, construction, and project management. This role requires a highly organized mindset, a passion for managing multi-disciplinary projects, and an exceptional ability to coordinate teams to achieve results efficiently and with high quality. You will facilitate collaboration between Engineering disciplines, Construction, R&D, and Operations to align team goals with company priorities. As this environment is demanding and fast-paced, self-motivation and discipline are essential. What You'll Do

Manage design reviews, construction design packages, and deliverables supporting all construction aspects, including scope of work, kick-off, MDR, 30%, 60%, 90%, IFP, IFC Develop strategies for design and engineering deliverables, including construction and permit packages Lead the full design and engineering efforts for construction and infrastructure projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with project goals Oversee permitting and construction documents, including transmittals and RFIs Coordinate project schedules with construction teams based on procurement and construction requirements to ensure project success Understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into clear project deliverables Manage technical planning, scope development, change management, programming, design, and engineering services during construction Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure overall program alignment Understand various project delivery methods, including design-bid-build, integrated project development, and fast-tracking Implement innovative electrical designs based on infrastructure knowledge, collaborating with Facilities Engineering, Construction, Self-Perform teams, and other stakeholders to meet aggressive schedules What You'll Bring

Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of professional experience Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams within A/E firms Experience managing complex MEP projects Comprehensive understanding of engineering disciplines and resource management skills Proven track record in delivering IFB, IFP, and IFC packages Experience with VDC project management approaches for manufacturing, industrial, R&D facilities, and infrastructure development Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex engineering problems Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills to clarify complex issues among stakeholders including Facilities Engineering, BIM teams, Self-Perform teams, and end-users Positive attitude, enthusiasm, quick learner, can-do mindset, and passion for building complex infrastructure Compensation and Benefits
