About the Role We are hiring a Sales Specialist to support our industrial maintenance technology sales. The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling technical or industrial products and is excited to work on-site with customers across the U.S. You’ll work closely with technical and engineering teams to understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and support trial-to-deployment conversion. Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with industrial clients, identifying maintenance challenges and recommending appropriate solutions in collaboration with technical sales engineers. Support product demonstrations, coordinate trial program execution, and assist with proposal preparation and contract negotiations. Collect and analyze customer requirements to tailor solutions that align with operational goals. Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the sales cycle and coordinate post-sale onboarding and training with the technical support team. Document all sales activities, client interactions, and market insights in the CRM system. Stay informed on company products, industry trends, and travel as needed to client sites (primarily domestic). Qualifications Minimum [5] years of relevant experience in sales of industrial maintenance products, services, or technology solutions (exact number to be filled) OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hiring) Must be willing and able to travel to customer sites as needed Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Authorization to work in the U.S. Required Skills Organizational skills Problem-solving skills Seniority level
