Job Description General Responsibilities: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Web Application Developer to join our Enterprise Application Development team. In this role, you will work alongside architects and senior developers to build, enhance, and support consumer-facing websites like our Borrower Portal, as well as internal web applications. This is a full-stack development role with a focus on .NET, C#, and Azure web services. Primary Job Duties: Develop responsive and secure web applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Support development of the Borrower Portal and internal business applications under the direction of senior team members. Implement UI components, API integrations, and backend logic. Collaborate with designers and product owners to translate user requirements into functional web solutions. Write clean, testable code and participate in peer reviews. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development and production environments. Participate in application deployments and assist with DevOps tasks as needed. Maintain documentation for technical specifications and user support. Follow best practices for security, coding standards, and version control. Qualifications: Qualifications Experience and Skills: Required: 2+ years of experience in web development using .NET and C#. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end libraries (e.g., React, Angular, or similar). Experience developing RESTful APIs and consuming external web services. Familiarity with SQL Server and writing T-SQL queries. Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Basic knowledge of Azure services such as App Services and Key Vault. Preferred / Nice to Have: Experience working with CMS platforms such as Umbraco. Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or other version control systems. Exposure to secure coding principles and vulnerability scanning tools. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments. Experience in financial services or consumer-facing web applications. Soft Skills Eager to learn and grow in a collaborative development environment. Good problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and focus on quality.
