Technical Delivery Manager

Overview: We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Application & Project Manager to drive the successful implementation of Machine Learning Suite (MLS) and Microsoft Dynamics solutions. This role involves collaborating with architects, security, development teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and integrated enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of MLS and Microsoft Dynamics implementation projects. Work closely with Architects, Security, and Development Leads to ensure solution designs meet enterprise architecture and security standards. Coordinate with global application teams to develop enhancements and integrate Microsoft Dynamics with other systems. Gather and analyze user requirements, transforming them into detailed design and technical documentation, including Dynamics customizations. Manage the planning and execution of technical deliverables, ensuring projects stay on schedule. Perform data and process mapping to support interfaces between MLS, Microsoft Dynamics, and other applications. Identify and escalate project risks promptly, proposing effective solutions to minimize impact. Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all solutions. Support production teams with root cause analysis, code reviews, and unit testing related to MLS and Dynamics platforms. Collaborate with Test Management to oversee SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing phases. Prepare test cases and data in collaboration with business and application teams for UAT and mock run activities. Manage change requests, approvals, and deployment timelines efficiently. Provide technical support before and after go-live to ensure smooth transitions. Liaise with various IT units, business teams, and external vendors to guarantee timely project delivery. Requirements: Minimum 10 years’ experience in project and application management, including financial, risk, change, and resource management. Extensive experience (10+ years) in application architecture, software development, and system integration. At least 8 years in production support, incident, and problem management. Strong knowledge of networking, firewall, data migration, encryption, SSO integration, and disaster recovery processes. Ability to multitask and manage large volumes of data and information. Demonstrated ownership, urgency, and accountability in driving project outcomes. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proven team player with a proactive and collaborative approach. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP implementations, including customizations and system integrations. Preferred Skills: Experience with Machine Learning, Data Analysis, and Data Transformation. Familiarity with Hadoop and Big Data ecosystems. Knowledge of PySpark, Spark, Python, Scala, Kafka, ETL, and scripting languages. Experience with NoSQL databases and big data platforms. Familiarity with tools like Control-M, Remedy, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Aldon). Experience using SharePoint and Confluence for collaboration. Exposure to procurement and vendor contract management. Core Expertise Areas: Compliance and regulatory standards. AI and Machine Learning technologies.
