Position Purpose The Marketing Optimization Sr. Manager plays a critical role in implementing new processes and technology, delivering value through continuous optimizations across process and technology. The role involves monitoring business operations, identifying solutions, and enabling marketing teams to meet their strategies and goals through optimized processes and technology enablers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Communication (30%) : Develop and align marketing roadmaps to deliver on use cases and solve problems; communicate goals and priorities to senior leadership.
Marketing Business Process & Framework (15%) : Optimize business processes and frameworks to improve campaign planning and execution.
Technology Platform Strategy & Support (15%) : Understand marketing use cases, develop technology strategies, document user flows, and track vendor roadmaps.
Marketing Operational Insights (20%) : Use operational data to develop strategies and priorities.
Vendor Relationship Management (20%) : Manage relationships and negotiations with third-party vendors.
Reporting Structure
Reports to the Director of Marketing Optimization.
Has 2-5 direct reports.
Additional Details
Travel: Less than 20% overnight travel.
Physical Requirements: Mostly sitting, occasional light movement or lifting.
Work Environment: Indoor, comfortable conditions.
Minimum Qualifications: 18+, eligible to work in the U.S.
Experience: At least 8 years in relevant roles, with 4+ years in leadership.
Preferred Skills: Process design, change management, marketing technology, data governance.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Certifications: None required.
