What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Provide legal advice on commercial contracts, employment matters, and business risk considerations - Lead a team in drafting, negotiating, and administering commercial agreements, including SaaS and vendor agreements - Support Human Resources with employment law services and proactive counseling on various employment issues - Conduct legal research and manage litigation, government investigations, and employee claims - Oversee risk management and business continuity programs

What is Required (Qualifications): - Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school - Active membership in the state bar and ability to be admitted as Florida Authorized House Counsel - Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, including experience with commercial agreements and employment law - Strong understanding of key legal issues in commercial transactions and employment law - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical and organizational abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - General business experience - Familiarity with contract management tools and platforms (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM)
