We boldly go. Job Summary: Thermo King is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. In this role, you will be part of a team delivering digital solutions to help customers optimize uptime and efficiency while challenging possible for a more sustainable future. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of those digital solutions through software testing, including requirements analysis, test preparation, execution, results analysis, and defect reporting. Collaboration with internal and external customers and development teams will be key to evaluate system behavior. Work Location: This position is designated as On-Site. Key Responsibilities: Execute the complete Software Test Life Cycle.

Manage field trials and conduct comprehensive analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and incorporate inputs into decisions.

Understand complex dynamic systems.

Provide proactive status updates and progress metrics to supervisors.

Support telematics operations and certifications.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in STEM and 7+ years of experience in testing or related roles.

Expertise in Testing Methodologies.

Proficiency with Software Development and Test Tools and Processes.

Experience in authoring test plans.

Experience with wireless and wired communications such as Cellular, Bluetooth, GPS, CAN.

Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of software automation, scripting, debugging, execution, and analysis.

Knowledge of PTCRB/Trendi certification processes is a plus.

Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems is a plus.

Strong ownership mentality, accountability, and adaptability.

Team-oriented mindset, willing to seek and provide support.

*Compensation:* Base Pay Range: $ Total compensation includes a commission/incentive plan. Actual base pay depends on seniority, merit, and geographic location.
