Sr. Technical Engineer , you will use your ServiceNow knowledge and programming skills to: Answer product/feature questions Coach, train, and guide customers, partners, and coworkers Resolve customer and partner issues Design, develop, and implement enhancements Thrive at work and at home: Benefits start on DAY ONE, including health insurance and wellness programs with incentives. This position is remote. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot complex systems and write, test, debug code (50%) Communicate daily with clients (20%) Document interactions, changes, and next steps (10%) Continuous learning about ServiceNow/Nuvolo products and customer implementations (10%) Mentor and coach junior engineers (10%) Qualifications: Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills 5+ years in ServiceNow development/implementation or admin/development roles Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages (JavaScript, Java, C#) Understanding of Change Management (ITSM/ITIL), ServiceNow architecture, and performance diagnostics Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-x Experience with integrations, scripting, configuration, and solution development in ServiceNow Compensation: Annual base salary: $130,000-$140,000.
