We are seeking an experienced SCEM Facilities Engineer / Facilities Manager with HVAC exposure to join our Facilities team in the Central Region. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of our building facilities, ensuring they meet the standards of safety, functionality and sustainability. Job Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily Facilities maintenance operations of our ACMV , Chiller , HVAC, mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with the relevant regulations and standards. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly. Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions, and coordinate the timely resolution of problems with internal teams and external contractors Analyse and interpret data from building management systems to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and cost savings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute facility upgrades, renovations and new construction projects Ensure the facilities operate in compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations Provide training and support to facility personnel to enhance their knowledge and skills Job Requirements Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Facilities Management / M&E Engineering or any relevant field Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar facilities role, preferably in the engineering or FM industry. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical maintenance and good in BMS systems. At least 2 years of experience in managing air-conditioning systems. Involve with Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM matters) and liaisons with the authorities. Must have the Certification in

Green Mark Accredited Professional (“GMAP”)/ Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management) (“GMAP(FM)”) and/or

Singapore Certified Energy Manager (“SCEM”). Good problem-solving, communication skills to collaborate with the various FM teams Ability to work independently and as part of a team and achieve objectives
