Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Own and execute strategies to improve retention and engagement as the business lead for the Account Management domain. Build and iterate on end-to-end plan management, including value-focused customizations, personalized next best action prompts, testing and launching 'save offers', and developing new capabilities for members at the account level. Optimize and enhance the Cancellation Driver Model by collaborating with Data Science teams and sharing insights with stakeholders to influence retention strategies. Formulate hypotheses, conduct deep-dives, and derive insights to accelerate strategic engagement and retention efforts. Identify, define, scope, and prioritize research areas to inform business cases and decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders across business, marketing, product, operations, analytics, and finance to inform strategies, test designs, roadmaps, success metrics, and reporting. Develop a deep understanding of customer cohorts, motivations, and the member journey to deliver targeted strategies. What you’ll bring
Proven ability to take end-to-end ownership and lead cross-functional projects with measurable results. Expertise in navigating complex organizational environments and collaborating across functions. Comfort operating amid ambiguity, managing multiple initiatives. Strong relationship-building and influencing skills without direct authority. Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences, including executives. A structured approach to problem-solving. Exceptional execution, discipline, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field, with 4 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or 6 years’ experience in related areas. Preferred Qualifications
