Recruitment Consultant - Ophthalmology/Optometry & Physical Therapy
SECTR Partners is currently partnered with a Multi-site Ophthalmology & Optometry organization seeking a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions to join their growing team. The Director of M&A
is responsible for overseeing the M&A and Integrations operations, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive the successful execution of M&A initiatives. Responsibilities: Lead and support end-to-end M&A and investment projects, including financial modeling, analysis, and recommendations. Assist in preparing high-quality investment and approval presentations for senior leadership. Coordinate with various internal stakeholders on specific functional-level due diligence workstreams and post-deal integration efforts. Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and the Company’s pipeline Establish clear KPIs for each integration project, ensuring performance targets are met, and provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress and outcomes. Identify and implement best practices for future integrations, helping shape the M&A integration strategy for long-term success. Requirements: Must Have
a minimum of 5 years experience in the Ophthalmology & Optometry Industry (applications that don't meet this requirement will not be considered). 8+ years in M&A integration, project management with a proven track record of leading large-scale integrations. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams applications. Seniority level
