Position: Senior Solutions Consultant
The Senior Solutions Consultant will serve as a senior member of the Solutions Consultants (SCs) team, supporting Caseware’s North American Commercial organization as a solution, technical, and industry expert. You will deliver value-based solution demonstrations, address prospects' and customers' technical questions, and provide consultative support throughout the customer’s evaluation process. This role involves cross-functional collaboration across sales, account management, implementation, training, support, marketing, and product teams to help achieve strategic goals within the North American market.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Strategic Account Managers to help prospects and customers understand the Caseware solutions and facilitate their evaluation.
Create and maintain product demo strategies focused on value and benefits.
Collaborate with Caseware’s US strategic partner to promote adoption of cloud solutions.
Address technical, functional, and security questions during product evaluations.
Support development and execution of customer migration strategies to Caseware’s cloud solutions.
Maintain a product knowledge base for team access.
Assist with client onboarding and implementation, liaising with stakeholders.
Gather and relay client and market feedback to support product development.
Represent Caseware at industry trade shows and events.
Participate in speaking engagements and thought leadership activities.
Work with marketing to develop sales enablement assets.
Support onboarding and implementation teams as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
US CPA in good standing.
7+ years of experience in the audit and accounting industry.
5+ years in a SaaS sales engineering, solutions consulting, or account management role.
Deep understanding of accounting and financial processes and technologies.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
Experience with product, marketing, or sales teams.
