Your Responsibilities
Shape and execute financial strategies that drive long-term growth, profitability, and strategic business initiatives across North and South America Lead capital investment evaluations, joint venture assessments, and financial planning processes; including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis Oversee multinational financial operations and reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS, local tax laws, and regulatory standards Act as a key strategic advisor to regional leadership, delivering insights through financial presentations and data-driven recommendations Build and inspire a high-performing, multicultural finance team across North America and Latin America, focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-border collaboration
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred) 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in a senior finance role Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial modeling Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
