This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges. Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of GTM Specialists and indirectly lead Sales and Solutions Architects to solve problems for your customers/technology domain. Interact with CxO/VP level executives, developers, and technical architects to develop pipeline, secure lighthouse customers, drive revenue, and explore strategic partnerships. Develop and deploy sales strategies leveraging AWS Field Sales teams and partner channels. Collaborate with Service and Technical teams to create solutions, reference architectures, and automation plans. Work with Marketing to develop digital campaigns to increase awareness and demand. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent 10+ years of experience leading high-performance teams in a matrixed environment 10+ years of relevant sales experience 7+ years of technology experience in Media and Entertainment Preferred Qualifications:

Proven track record with customer executives and closing large revenue accounts Experience negotiating complex deals in a matrixed sales environment Deep understanding of cloud technologies, including public and hybrid clouds Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS is a plus Additional Information
