We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and determine appropriate treatment plans.
Provide individual, couples, family, and child therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Develop and implement personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions focused on client growth and progress.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Conduct regular wellness checks to monitor client progress and well-being.
Ensure adherence to all licensing, ethical, and facility standards and protocols.
Maintain a caseload of at least 30 client-facing hours per week.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Current and valid state licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, or equivalent).
Active NPI number and current CAQH profile.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification required.
Previous experience providing therapy in a clinical or community setting strongly preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation and scheduling efficiently.
