About the Role As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the voice of ForgeFit, ensuring our customers have a smooth and positive experience from order to installation and beyond. Whether answering questions, resolving issues, or coordinating with internal teams, your focus will be on making every interaction efficient, helpful, and friendly.
