$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Page Outsourcing About the Company : A client of Page Outsourcing is seeking a staff accountant for their on-site location in Beverley Hills. This is a fast, growing CPG company in rapid growth mode. About the Role : The Staff Accountant will play a critical role in managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the Company’s growth. This position will handle month-end close, financial reporting, and bank reconciliations while working with our Finance team to assist with our Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes. This role will also help support our weekly cash forecast and monthly P&L forecast processes. This is a full-time role that will be based out of our office in Beverly Hills. Responsibilities : General Ledger Management: maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP Month-End Close: assist in preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements for monthly close processes Financial Reporting: generate and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow report. Inventory Tracking: support inventory accounting, including cost tracking and reconciliation for beverage production and distribution Accounts Payable/Receivable: work with our team to assist with processing invoices, payments, and collections, ensuring timely and accurate transactions Internal Controls: assist the CFO with implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent errors or fraud Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in accounting processes, leveraging automation tools where applicable Ad-Hoc Support: Assist the CFO with budgeting, forecasting, and other financial projects as needed Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in CPG, manufacturing, or beverage industries Required Skills : Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Desktop and Online, NetSuite a plus) Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables). Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience with inventory accounting or cost analysis Familiarity with AP/AR automation tools CPA or CPA candidate is a plus but not required Pay range and compensation package : $80,000 - $90,000k with a 10% annual bonus potential Seniority level
