www.firstagency.com Location: Newport Beach, CA (In-Office Requirement - 5 days a week) What You Would Do The Project Coordinator supports Project Managers in planning and executing virtual, in-person, and hybrid events, ensuring excellent service and creative solutions for high-touch clients. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, budgets, registration, transportation, catering, and onsite staffing. This role provides an excellent entry-level opportunity for aspiring event planners to gain corporate experience working with a dynamic team. Domestic travel of 10-20% may be required. Your Contributions Assist in planning and executing virtual, in-person, and hybrid events Support all phases of event management from creative development to post-event reconciliation, including budgeting, site selection, venue management, registration, transportation, catering, decor, staffing, and materials shipping Collaborate with team members for onsite event execution Keep stakeholders informed of logistical details Create effective communication materials as needed Ensure adherence to client standards Manage budgets, invoicing, and reconciliation accurately and promptly Share best practices with suppliers and venues Propose innovative ideas and solutions to improve events What We Are Looking For We value potential and enthusiasm.
