[Gov Healthcare] Assistant Director/ Manager (Workplace Safety & Health) #HCY

Job Scope: · Support the Director/Assistant Director in planning and overseeing workplace safety and health strategies. · Lead the development and implementation of the Total Workplace Safety and Health (TWSH) framework, with emphasis on occupational health and staff protection. · Plan and manage resources (manpower, budget) to support departmental and hospital goals. · Coordinate and implement new TWSH initiatives from planning to execution. · Monitor and evaluate safety programmes to ensure continuous improvement. · Serve as Secretariat for the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council and Occupational Health (OH) Committee. · Support hospital-wide projects, emergency planning, and crisis response as required. · Take on other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer. Job Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Workplace Safety and Health or related fields). · Relevant experience, including supervisory roles. · Experience in hospital operations or the healthcare sector is preferred. · MOM-registered WSH Officer is an added advantage.
