Vice President of Engineering . This senior leadership role will oversee all engineering functions, including mechanical, electrical, controls, R&D, and technical writing. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader from the capital equipment or automation space, with experience managing cross-functional engineering teams (30+ indirect reports), streamlining processes, and driving innovation. Key Highlights: Executive leadership role reporting directly to the President Team includes 4 direct and 30+ indirect reports Focus on standardization, design optimization, and machine platform development Involvement in product innovation, customer solutions, and strategic growth Strong collaboration with operations, sales, and marketing Opportunity to shape the future of a high-performing engineering function Requirements: Background in mechanical or electrical engineering 10+ years in industrial automation, capital equipment, or machine design Proven experience developing engineering talent and scaling team performance Midwest-based location preferred (relocation support available) Seniority level
