Upkeep the general VM Chopard guidelines and transmit to any new account/VM Ambassadors Upkeep the contact file for all VM ambassadors Follow up with Boutique VM Ambassadors and WS staff to update picture database of boutiques and POS’ (quarterly pictures, animation set ups, visual installations) Request quarterly pictures from all POS and offer feedback on how to improve VM displays based on Chopard standards Coordinate and order PLV material for the different accounts Support in the roll out of seasonal animations: delivery, installation, execution. Responsible for the success of the Wholesale VM Contest: participation of the accounts, timely communications, voting committee Assist in sending updated assets (visuals, videos for LCD screens/digital, merchandising guidelines, PLV orders) Assist in the September 2025 new PLV roll out for all WHL accounts Create VM recaps after each installation (6 times a year) Assist during local events ad-hoc – preparing and installing all necessary props Responsible for office & VM supply organization SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities ☐ Provides work direction only ☐ Provides work direction and gives input on hiring, promotions, transfers, performance management, discipline and termination ☐ Provides work direction plus has responsibility for hiring, promotions, transfers, performance management, discipline and termination EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, Visual/Fashion Merchandising EXPERIENCE: Administrative Support and/or Visual Merchandising PERSONAL SKILLS Technical skills / abilities: Microsoft Office Illustrator Photoshop Personal skills: Pro-active and dynamic Fluent in English and Spanish Strong skills in: Communication (written and verbal) Planning & organizational (ability to prioritize and plan work activities, ability to multi-task) Time management Affinity for Design Seniority level
