We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives. This position is located OCONUS. Responsibilities: Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of data science strategies, methodologies, processes, and tools

Develops advanced data science algorithms (such as predictive analysis, ML algorithms, AI, and other data science methods) as analytic solution sets for the warfighter

Supports data analysis, integration, fusion activities to correlate operations, intelligence, logistics, and sensor data with overlays to generate the Commanders Common Operating Picture (COP) and Common Intelligence Picture (CIP)

Leads the development and implementation of predictive models and machine learning algorithms that analyze large datasets and provide insights

Designs and deploys data-driven solutions to drive actionable decision-making to improve outcomes

Assesses the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques and supports network monitoring and data feeds, ensuring continuity of feeds to coalition networks and other security domains via CDS, and database designs

Coordinates with C2 system administrators to configure and troubleshoot COP and CIP data feeds

Monitors and maintains COP Synch Tool (CST) and other data feed connections with CCMDs, Component Commands, and outside agencies

Monitors Theater Missile Warning feeds and configures displays to show Theater Missile Warning Activity per USEUCOM Tier 1 site requirements

Implements new statistical or other mathematical methodologies as needed for specific models or analysis

Assesses emerging policies, technology, and best practices for applicability to data management and generation of COPs/CIPs

Frequently attends and participates in meetings to discuss new technologies, technology insertion projects, and modernization roadmaps

Presents and visualizes data insights to stakeholders in a comprehensible manner

Supports reporting and information sharing requirements by collaborating with system owners and operators to ensure the accuracy of the information provided

Mentors other data scientists and data managers

Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments

Functions as a technical expert

Qualifications: Required: Currently hold an adjudicatedTop Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility

BA/BS +8-12

Certification -8140 - Security+

Displays mastery of advanced data science and machine learning techniques, preferably on military and defense applications. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and AI algorithms, ensuring delivery of actionable insights for complex operational challenges.

Exhibits strategic expertise in designing and implementing large-scale data science projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and evaluation.

Demonstrates proficiency with cutting-edge data science tools, cloud computing platforms, and programming languages essential for defense-oriented analytics.

Excels in translating technical findings into clear, impactful recommendations for senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred background in Government or military data science initiatives, cybersecurity analytics, and ethical AI implementation in sensitive environments.

Requires a seasoned professional with proven mastery of large to very large complex IT and communication system project management, preferably within DoD environments.
