CACI is establishing upcoming positions throughout the European theater supporting multiple Department of Defense customers. We seek experienced, innovative, and motivated IT Specialists to support USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners in achieving their mission objectives. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed Cybersecurity Engineer Lead, SME . This position supports a DoD organization, USAREUR-AF, in Wiesbaden, Germany, and requires OCONUS travel. The position is located OCONUS. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and test cybersecurity solutions to meet DoD and NSA cybersecurity and RMF compliance standards. Analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions and incident responses to maintain cybersecurity compliance and readiness. Assess emerging cybersecurity policies, technologies, and best practices to improve cybersecurity operations and security posture. Serve as a cybersecurity SME on DoD accreditation strategies, Army regulations, RMF 2.0, continuous monitoring, and related policies. Manage the RMF program, including development and maintenance of assessment and authorization documentation. Perform Security Control Assessment reporting, including network assessments, POA&M generation, and risk assessments. Provide SCA-Validation services and develop accreditation packages for networks and systems. Prepare certification testing and evaluation reports, RMF scorecards, and security assessment reports. Develop and conduct T&E visits and discuss results with system owners. Support cybersecurity protection activities, incident response, and system support. Communicate security concepts effectively and lead cybersecurity teams. Mentor junior personnel and participate in strategic cybersecurity discussions. Qualifications: Required: Current adjudicated Top Secret SCI clearance with ability to maintain. BA/BS + 13 years of experience. Certifications: CISM, CISSO, FITSP-D, GCIA, GCSA, GCLD, GDSA, GICSP, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, or equivalent. Extensive experience in cybersecurity engineering for DoD environments. Deep understanding of RMF, accreditation strategies, and cybersecurity policies. Proven ability to design, assess, and evaluate cybersecurity solutions and documentation. Strong analytical and communication skills. Technical expertise and strategic thinking skills. TESA eligibility. Desired: CISSP certification. Adaptability and understanding of DoD standards. Compensation: The salary range is $115,600 - $254,200 USD, influenced by various factors including location, experience, skills, and certifications.
