The Associate Director, Connections Strategy develops cross-channel, data-driven CRM strategies to reach key audiences. This role manages day-to-day strategic functions across multiple CRM campaigns for a fast-paced account. The ideal candidate has experience in developing, road-mapping, and activating CRM programs to enhance brand-customer connections via channels like email, push notifications, and direct messaging. Collaboration across teams and clients is essential, as is driving strategy alignment among account management, analytics, creative, and data partners. Responsibilities
Develop and steward key CRM programs to drive sales for a leading automotive client Create multi-channel communication plans (Email, SMS, Push, DM, etc.) that guide the full customer lifecycle Design test & learn strategies, develop briefs, and optimize CRM programs aligned with client goals Generate insightful creative briefs to guide creative teams in developing campaign assets Leverage customer data and business results to craft personalized engagement strategies Collaborate with analytics teams to utilize data effectively and identify enrichment opportunities Ensure CRM strategies are integrated across all customer touchpoints Present strategies and recommendations to clients and stakeholders Identify growth opportunities through new program proposals and strategic recommendations Gain a deep understanding of the client’s industry and business dynamics Support leadership and team leads to elevate marketing and business goals Qualifications
7+ years of experience in CRM, direct marketing, or customer engagement strategy in agency or consulting environments Strong understanding of strategic planning and cross-channel program development Ability to translate data into actionable insights Entrepreneurial spirit with leadership qualities Deep experience with channels like email, push, SMS, web, direct mail, and media/social integration Experience with MarTech platforms such as Salesforce Ability to build strong client relationships through deep business understanding Automotive experience is a plus but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Innovative mindset with industry trend awareness Additional Information
