About the Team:
Shared Technology Services Group is a dynamic group that defines, develops, and implements application and infrastructure systems to the Plymouth Rock Group of companies. The Change Management Administrator works with the administration systems that track the planning, management, reporting and coordination of our software and hardware releases. In this role, you will work closely with the development and infrastructure teams to ensure that we safely deploy critical software to the Plymouth Rock Companies (PRC) Application Suite and to networks enterprise wide. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, self-motivated, highly productive administrator who can handle multiple assignments at any given time. This is a fast-paced environment, and a successful candidate must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through on release-related tasks. Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate and manage application and infrastructure production releases. Produce weekly reports for past changes results and future upcoming changes. Communicate with Development, Enterprise Services, Operations and Production Control on schedules and priorities of releases. Educate IT staff on change management processes, policies and tools. Produce change management monthly metrics to analyze trends and address issues. Report monthly change management metrics to senior management. Assist with internal and external audits. Manage, maintain and enhance the custom STG change management toolsets. Review and update change management documentation. Coverage on some nights and weekends required (remotely). Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with 2+ years of professional experience. Highly responsible, self-disciplined, self-managed, self-motivated, able to work with little or no supervision. Passion to understand, learning and dissect new technologies quickly on your own. Extensive experience working on multiple projects at a time in a fast paced, results oriented environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ITIL education preferred. Experience with EasyVista Service Manager Transition change management module a plus. Experience with Microsoft Power BI a plus. Experience in release engineering or broad experience with the software development lifecycle a plus.
