The Enterprise Cloud & Connectivity organization seeks an experienced leader to elevate our enterprise networking capabilities. Do you have expertise in enterprise networking and infrastructure? Are you interested in leading an IT team to scale capabilities to meet increasing data and connectivity demands? If yes, please apply! What You’ll Be Doing Leading global delivery of LAN, WLAN, WAN, Cloud networking, and Data Center Facilities networking. Managing network security operations, including firewalls and security monitoring, and partnering with Cybersecurity to develop a cyber roadmap. Establishing and maintaining excellent service management practices. Developing and managing team capabilities, anticipating future staffing and skill needs, and nurturing technical talent. Determining sourcing strategies, establishing requirements and SLAs, and leading governance activities. Building strong relationships within IT and across the company to translate needs into strategies. Implementing IT quality and compliance practices. Ensuring timely, within-budget project and program delivery. Meeting financial and staffing targets, optimizing spend, and ensuring effective service delivery. Setting a 3-5 year strategic direction aligned with overall IT and business strategies. Staying abreast of technological advancements and fostering innovation within the team. Participating in establishing and aligning with architecture principles. What You Should Bring Proven experience in setting strategic direction for enterprise technologies. Experience leading global organizations with a mix of internal and external resources. Extensive experience in service management capabilities. Strong leadership in crisis and incident management. Experience introducing new technology solutions and services. Recognition as a thought leader by business and IT leaders. Excellent influence and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively. Expertise in complex, diverse landscapes including business, technology, and regulatory environments. Experience with process improvement tools and techniques. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and self-manage. Your Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 10+ years leading enterprise IT solutions and supporting mission-critical services, including infrastructure services like Hosting, Networking, Communication, Collaboration, and Deskside support. 5+ years leveraging external partners for service delivery, including requirements, contracts, and governance. Additional Information Occasional domestic and international travel required. Position located in Indianapolis, Indiana, with a hybrid work model. For internal candidates, other locations outside the U.S. may be considered.
